Shape Solid started with a frustration every woman in the gym knows: leggings that roll down, tops that ride up, and sets that look great in photos but fall apart mid-squat. We wanted something different.

Designed by women who train.

Every Shape Solid piece is tested through real workouts — hip thrusts, RDLs, kickbacks, running, stretching. We don't design for mannequins. We design for movement. The waistband stays put. The fabric stretches without going sheer. The logo sits exactly where it should.

Confidence isn't a size.

We don't believe in “flattering” as a euphemism for hiding. Our sets are designed to celebrate the body that does the work — whatever shape that is. From XS to XL, every piece is cut to fit, not to squeeze.
